Home Body inspires confidence and knowledge in yoga and your body. Through six sections, Home Body teaches essential yoga poses through in-depth training. You will learn how to make your own needs and comfort a priority.

I had always been interested in yoga, but as a bigger person had never felt comfortable in the classes I was attending. I experience class as a guided journey; a body journey and a mind journey. I interact with my breath more in More to Love Yoga class than I do anywhere and realize how much of a gift it is. I sweat, I grunt, I laugh, I fall into and out of balance, and I love it all. After class, I feel gracious having done something positive for my body, my mind, and sharing this experience with such beautiful women. We are all taking time for ourselves together, and Rachel makes sure we are happy, safe, and learning the entire time.
